As the Daily Mail reports, the wife of King Charles III (75) is currently recovering at home in Wiltshire and is under medical observation.

Due to her respiratory illness, doctors have ordered the Queen to rest and she has canceled all appointments for the next few days, including a reception for the country's Olympic and Paralympic stars.

She hopes to be fully recovered by next weekend so that she can attend the memorial service in honor of those who died in the Great War.

Remembrance Sunday is one of the most important dates in the royal calendar.

Did the trip abroad do Camilla any good?

The British royal couple last returned to the United Kingdom from a long-distance trip on October 30.

During their trip, they visited Australia and the Pacific state of Samoa.

They also had a short private stay in an Indian spa hotel.

However, it is thought that the Queen caught a "seasonal bug" due to the time of year and her trip abroad.
