Florida/USA - What this teenager did is shocking: A 14-year-old pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 91-year-old woman!

Teenager Jesse Stone (14), who had been charged with burglary and sexual assault, confessed last Thursday, People magazine reported.

Stone was arrested back in June after the senior called the police when the teenager sexually assaulted her at her home in the US state of Florida.

According to the police , the 91-year-old woke up around midnight and caught Stone sneaking through her house.

"In an act of cruel violence, she was beaten and sexually assaulted by the suspect," the press release states.

DNA analysis identified the 14-year-old as the perpetrator beyond doubt. He now confessed to the horrific act, adding that he had entered the house through the living room door and watched porn on her iPad.

The Ocala Star Banner reported that the woman knew the teen before the crime and thought he was a "good kid."

"While I strongly believe he should be held accountable for his crime, my sympathies (...) go out to his family. I hope that his arrest will lead to him getting help to prevent further acts of this nature," said an official from the police department responsible.

The next court date is now scheduled for December 19.
