Toddler fails with fake crying: What it does next makes so many laugh
United Kingdom - Many parents are familiar with this phenomenon - especially with small children. As soon as things don't go as planned for the kids, they either throw a tantrum or shed a lot of crocodile tears. Fake crying is the most popular method of attracting attention, especially for Daisy (2) from the UK. But for some time now, the hackneyed stunt no longer works.
That's why the two-year-old has now come up with something new, which is causing a lot of laughter, at least on TikTok and among her mother Chloe Jones.
The matching video (see below) has reached an audience of millions since last week. It clearly shows the little girl's curious strategy.
Instead of simply crying artificially, she picks up a children's microphone. The sound is amplified considerably by a connected speaker. Shortly after the "show", the girl looks curiously around the corner.
But Daisy's mother is unable to comfort her child at this moment. Instead, she does something completely different.
Curious TikTok video shows little Daisy's failed attempt
Laughing, the British woman keeps the camera focused on her daughter. Despite her great "performance", the little girl doesn't make it this time either.
Instead, she and her mother earned 3.4 million clicks and more than 600,000 likes on TikTok - within a week.
But why did the little girl have to take such drastic measures to get her mom's attention?
"I had to take her to her room while I was ironing," Jones explained to Newsweek this week.
Her child usually has to "grin and giggle" when she comes running to him because of the fake crying, the mom said.
This time, for once, it was the other way around. But with so much creativity, Daisy is sure to come up with something new soon to lure her mom out of her shell.
