Three men die in fall from bridge: Their navigation system led them to their deaths
Bareilly (India) - A car fell off an unfinished bridge near the Indian city of Bareilly, killing three men. Google Maps is said to be partly to blame.

The accident occurred last Saturday night, as reported by theTimes of India.
Villagers from the nearby area found the wreckage in the morning and informed the police.
They later checked the cell phones of the victims at the scene of the accident and discovered that they had used Google Maps to navigate.
According to the police chief, the bridge had been washed away months earlier during a flood. Why a half-finished bridge was left without barriers or warnings remains questionable.
"They checked the route with Google Maps and fell off the incomplete bridge. The road should have been closed, but it wasn't. The maps shouldn't have said that the bridge was finished," complained the brother-in-law of one of the accident victims. Further investigations are now to follow.
