After death threats against Havertz's pregnant wife: police arrest teen!
London (Great Britain) - The British police have had a successful investigation following social media threats against the pregnant wife of German international footballer Kai Havertz (25).

Hertfordshire Police have announced that a 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of "malicious communication". He was later released on bail, but the investigation against him continues.
Havertz was the only player on his team to miss a penalty in Arsenal's FA Cup match against Manchester United on January 12, sealing the Londoners' elimination. Afterwards, his wife Sophia received numerous hate messages on social media threatening to kill their unborn child. She was also wished a miscarriage.
Sophia Havertz published the hate messages in an Instagram story. "This shocks me very much. I hope you are really ashamed of yourselves. I don't know what to say," she wrote, calling for more respect.
In response to the incidents, Gunners team manager Mikel Arteta also spoke out and called for consequences: "We really have to do something about this, because accepting it and hiding it has terrible consequences," said the Spaniard.
According to British media, the Premier League club had also requested the help of a technology company to find out the identity of the authors of the messages in question.
