Argument ends fatally: Woman (38) seriously injured on glass door and dies
Sydney (Australia) - Fatal argument in Australia ? For a 38-year-old British woman, an argument with her partner (44) ended with serious injuries that ultimately cost her her life. However, she is said to have stormed through a glass door herself and severed an artery in her arm.

On Saturday morning, shortly after 7.30am, Claire Austin (†38) was found covered in blood in her Sydney home. The woman succumbed to her injuries just a few days later, as Daily Mail reports.
Before the incident, Claire and her boyfriend Lee Loughlin are said to have had a heated argument. Neighbors reported loud screams - one of them even spoke of a brawl.
After a loud bang, however, it suddenly became quiet. Only Lee could still be heard desperately calling for help.
A neighbor decided to investigate and found Claire badly injured in the hallway - her arm had been almost completely severed.

Lee Loughlin had to go to a psychiatric ward

Lee's cries for help were so piercing that another resident called the emergency services. Claire was then taken to hospital and put on life support.
When her family from the UK found out how serious Claire's condition was, they immediately boarded a plane. She landed in Sydney on Tuesday morning - but sadly Claire died just hours later.
After the incident, the 44-year-old was initially admitted to a psychiatric hospital after being questioned by the police . He stated that the 38-year-old had run through the glass door. He has since been released.
