Last week, suspected shooter Anthony Russian (29) was charged with attempted murder.

As People reports, the crime took place several weeks ago in the US city of Miami.

At that time, the police were called to a vacation home at around 11 pm.

On site, the officers found a man bleeding in the street - he had been shot shortly before.

He later stated that he had just returned from a trip with his girlfriend and cousin and was trying to park in a narrow parking space.

Russian, who was in another car, then started honking his horn. The 29-year-old apparently took too long to park - he pulled out a gun, pointed it at the man's upper body and pulled the trigger.

Fortunately, the gun failed twice when the victim tried to flee. However, a third shot hit him in the right foot. Russian was arrested a short time later and clearly identified by the victim.

He is currently in custody awaiting trial.
