Crocodile attack on vacation: woman miraculously survives
Cancun (Mexico) - When Ivana Manzur (26) slipped while posing for a photo on a jetty and fell into the water, she landed directly in the mouth of a crocodile. She had already accepted her death, but she survived the terrible incident.
As the Daily Mail reports, 26-year-old Ivana fell into a lagoon inhabited by crocodiles while on vacation with her family in July 2021.
Suddenly, she came face to face with the dangerous reptile and was pushed underwater by it.
Despite serious injuries, Ivana managed to free herself from the animal 's jaws.
While her physical wounds have now healed completely, she has been left with both physical and psychological scars.

Ivana began to struggle desperately with the crocodile, thrashing about until she finally managed to free herself from the animal's jaws.
The battle lasted about five minutes and left her in a state of shock.
She suffered severe bites to her leg, foot and hand, and the injuries were so severe that she feared her foot would have to be amputated.
Her cousin and sister had to watch the whole drama unfold.
Since then, Ivana has suffered from post-traumatic stress and struggles with insecurities due to the scars.
