Mexico/Monterrey - After a TikToker was abruptly dumped, he has now taken legal action against his ex-girlfriend!

It may sound strange, but it's true: content creator Yael Villarreall from Monterrey(Mexico) claimed that his ex used his credit card to spend a lot of money on camera equipment during their relationship. He now wants the money back.

According to The Mirror , he also stated that they had decided to arrange a refund for joint concert tickets after the break-up - he has not received the money to date, but his ex has.

According to his TikTok video, it is said to be the equivalent of around 25,000 euros.

"I'm not looking for problems, I'm looking for solutions. Since neither she nor her mother or father responded to my attempts, I decided to obtain a summons," explained the TikToker, who also presented some screenshots of WhatsApp messages in his video.

Shortly after he delivered this message to her, his ex-girlfriend posted an Instagram story in which she announced to close friends that she wanted to leave the country.

She also claimed that Yael had given her the camera and equipment as a gift, which was not true.

However, he admitted that he had not expected any money from her at the time of buying the camera.

Meanwhile, Yael's TikTok video has reached over five million views and garnered more than 620,000 likes. Many of the comments support the content creator.

"You were really polite in all your messages, I hope you get your money back" or "I feel for you" are some of the positive feedback.
