Golden Retriever wants to be stroked: What he does because of it makes us laugh

Since last summer, four-legged friend "Mustard" and his golden retriever brother "Honey" are no longer the only "kids" in the house. Baby Mackenzie was born and has been getting most of the attention ever since.

Fortunately, this was not a problem for Mustard, as the dog quickly realized that the little girl could soon be of "use" to him.

Now that Mackenzie sees everything and can almost sit on her own, the golden retriever also expects her to perform the "duties" of a human.

In a video posted on TikTok by the child's mother and owner of the two dogs , Mustard can be seen walking purposefully to Mackenzie, who has been placed on the couch.

Without hesitation, the golden retriever almost sits on the tiny baby's lap and turns her back to him expectantly.

Mackenzie, who still has to learn what this means, looks a little puzzled in the first few seconds of the clip. But the baby's curiosity eventually works in Mustard's favor, as the little girl begins to explore the dog's back and digs her fat hand into the four-legged friend's fur.

So, without saying it, Mustard has achieved everything he wanted - even if he disappears shortly afterwards and settles down in another spot on the sofa. Apparently the baby's tentative attempts to stroke him were not quite enough for him. "Mustard is training the little human 😂😂", writes the child's mother about her clip.
