He's not Santa Claus: police fugitive stuck in chimney!
USA - It's not even Christmas yet: On the run from the police , a man got stuck in a chimney!

As the New York Post reported, the officers knocked on the front door and shortly afterwards saw two men fleeing across the roof.
While one of the two men bravely jumped off the roof, the other, Robert Langlias (33), opted for a more unusual escape route: he climbed into the chimney.
But this action ended differently than he had probably imagined, as he got stuck and urgently needed the help of the police.
Footage released by the local police headquarters shows the officers climbing onto the roof and confronting Langlias.
"You're an idiot," said one of the investigators as he shone a flashlight on the 33-year-old.
Robert Langlias had to be freed by the fire department

Langlias desperately begged the police officers - from whom he had fled shortly before - to free him from his predicament.
The officers made sure he was still breathing and alerted the fire department shortly afterwards. They had to remove the chimney brick by brick from the inside to free the desperate fugitive.
"Due to his Santa Claus attitude, Langlias was taken to a local hospital as a precaution, where he received medical treatment," explained the authorities.
But medical treatment was not the only thing awaiting the 33-year-old: he was charged with drug possession. He also had several outstanding arrest warrants from previous crimes.
The second fugitive, Tanisha Ibay (32), was also caught after jumping from the roof. He was also charged with drug possession, but was released a short time later.
