Horrific lawsuit against plastic surgeon: procedure performed on ex-girlfriend without anesthesia
New York/USA - Shocking allegations have been made against a plastic surgeon from New York : He is alleged to have brutally abused his ex-girlfriend, sexually assaulted her several times and tried to cover up his cruel deeds with surgery.

Last Tuesday, model Maya Willow Sias (25) filed a lawsuit against surgeon Ammar Mahmoud (40) for ten million US dollars (the equivalent of around 9.2 million euros).
According to the New York Post , the 40-year-old beat the model so severely that her eye socket was shattered. Shortly afterwards, he took her to his clinic, where he is said to have injected filler into her affected eye - all without anesthetic.
"He stuck a needle in my face and I could feel it scratching the bone," Sias reported. She documented the horrific act in pictures, which are also included in the statement of claim.
In the lawsuit, she also claims Mahmoud is a "violent, drug and alcohol addicted sex addict hiding behind the facade of a caring plastic surgeon."
Her lawyer Larry Hutcher told the newspaper that the surgeon had literally turned Sias into his "sex slave".
Almost every night, Dr. Mahmoud consumed drugs and alcohol and forced himself on Willow at all times - "regardless of whether she consented to the sexual acts or was even conscious," the indictment states.
Maya Willow Sias is said to be not the only one he abused

Further, Mahmoud allegedly took advantage of his status as a doctor, prescribed Sia antidepressants and forced her to take ketamine to make her "obedient and compliant".
The sexual abuse reached its peak when "he forced her to participate in non-consensual sexual activity with strangers, sexually abused her while she was unconscious, and physically restrained and threatened her".
The doctor also allegedly forced Sias to participate in sexual acts with prostitutes on several occasions, even though she had explicitly said no.
The 25-year-old is not said to have been the only woman who abused Mahmoud: Back in 2014, his ex-wife filed a lawsuit against the 40-year-old.
The New York Post asked Mahmoud for a statement. He firmly rejected the allegations and said they were "out of character".
He declined to comment further, but emphasized that he would take legal action.
