Jürgen Klopp lived here! Luxury villa is for sale - and has so much to offer

Liverpool (England) - Live like Jürgen Klopp (57)! Anyone who has always wanted to live and dream like the successful coach now has the golden opportunity to do so - for a whopping 4.25 million pounds.

Liverpool FC is asking this sum, the equivalent of 5.1 million euros, for the modest property in which Klopp lived during his time as team manager of the Reds.

Six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a fitness room, a spa, a swimming pool, a steam room, a spacious garden and parking for several cars: the villa on Victoria Road in the Freshfield district of Formby, north of Liverpool, has a lot to offer.

And it is in a prime location: the sea is close by and the train station is not far away, as the advertisement from the responsible estate agent (Berkeley Shaw Real Estate) emphasizes.

Liverpool acquired the property in 2019 from former Reds coach Brendan Rodgers, who in turn bought it from former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard in 2015.

Gerrard had owned it since 2005 and Klopp lived there rent-free with his wife Ulla, according to media reports. According to the Sun, his successor Arne Slot is also said to have been offered the villa as a place to stay, but turned it down.
