Man missing for over a year - then Google Maps provides the crucial clue!
Tajueco (Spain) - Police in the Spanish municipality of Tajuecohave been investigating a missing person casefor over a year . Now the officers have received a crucial tip - but not from a witness.

As the Independent reported, a "Google Maps" vehicle instead took pictures that made investigators suspicious.
One photo shows a man working in the trunk of his red car with something inside. On closer inspection, this looks as if it could be a wrapped body.
Another picture shows a person carrying a large white sack in a wheelbarrow. He is moving in the direction in which the red vehicle from the first picture was parked.
Was a lifeless body possibly brought to the car in this picture before it was buried?
The police responded immediately, and shortly afterwards there was a horrific discovery: the uniformed officers found a dismembered body in a cemetery - only about a twelve-minute drive away from the place where the Google Maps image had been taken.
Dead man is the missing Cuban from Tajueco

Then came the sad certainty: the deceased was most likely a 33-year-old Cuban.
He had been reported missing by his relatives in November 2023. Since then, there has been no trace of him.
The missing person case quickly turned into a murder investigation, and two people have already been arrested in connection with the discovery of the body: the wife of the deceased and a bartender from the region.
The investigation into the case is ongoing. Neither of those arrested has yet been charged. The search for the missing body parts, including the head, is still ongoing.
