In the latest episode of"The Light Podcast", Michelle Obama talks honestly about raising her daughters Malia Ann (26) and Natasha (23).

The former First Lady admits that there were situations in the past where she physically punished her children.

However, according to Michelle, such moments were the exception rather than the rule - and she always felt bad immediately when they happened.

"I reflected that it was embarrassing not to find any other way to get my point across than slapping someone on the butt," she admits. Once she realized this, she never resorted to this method again.

Nevertheless, Michelle emphasizes how important it is to set clear boundaries for children.
