Mattighofen (Austria) - For the employees of the Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM, there is not only no more money, but also no more toilet paper in the company toilets.

According to a report by Heute.at, the newspaper received an email from an anonymous employee of the motorcycle manufacturer in the past few days.

The email stated that the company could no longer raise enough money to pay the external cleaning company.

This means that there is no one responsible for the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities and waste disposal.

The motorcycle manufacturer announced that it will cease production by the end of March this year due to insolvency proceedings.

The employee's email also states that they are now responsible for waste disposal and keeping the toilets clean.

It also says: "If you run out of toilet paper, you can collect it from the porter in Stallhofnerstraße. Fresh bin bags are also left there."

But even this toilet paper seems to be running out, as the employee continues: "We are now taking all the toilet paper back to the company."

650 employees to be made redundant

The two-wheeler manufacturer KTM has been in insolvency since the end of last year. The company has accumulated debts of around 1.8 billion euros. This is a bad sign for the employees.

Already at the beginning of the insolvency, 250 employees were made redundant, with around 400 more to follow.

It is still uncertain what will happen to the traditional motorcycle manufacturer once the proceedings have been concluded.
