Parents terrified as they discover deadly danger lurking under baby toys
South Morang (Australia) - Not a happy Christmas! At Christmas, a family from Australia needed help from a professional when they discovered a deadly danger in their home.

In the late evening of December 25, the couple from South Morang, Australia, suddenly noticed a snake under a "baby bouncer", where their youngest offspring usually sits and plays.
Even though the reptile was not particularly large, the parents quickly realized that it was still a dangerous specimen.
At around 11.30 p.m. on Wednesday, snake catcher Mark Pelley received a call from the excited couple. The expert immediately rushed to their house in Melbourne's north-east.
"The first thing I picked up was the child's rocker, and I found the tiger snake underneath," he recalled to Yahoo News Australia.

His actions can also be seen in a video on TikTok and Facebook.
He suspects that the reptile had been in the living room for some time and may even have crawled around among the baby 's toys completely unnoticed. "It was a real surprise on Christmas Day," says Pelley.
According to the reptile catcher, the venom of the small snake species is quite something: "This eastern tiger snake is the fifth most venomous snake in the world and although it is small, it is still incredibly deadly." Due to its size, the venomous snake can hide perfectly and lie in wait for its victims.
According to Yahoo News, tiger snakes are responsible for around 17 percent of all snake bites in Australia.
