As the Mannheim police headquarters announced this Tuesday afternoon, officers had been informed about a three-year-old who had been reported missing .

A large number of officers then searched for the child in the new development area south of the Schiller School.

However, the search came to a happy - and equally curious - end: according to the police, the "rascal" was found safe and sound at home, hidden in the ball pool.
