Portugal shocker imitates Cristiano Ronaldo - but not "to mock him"
Copenhagen (Denmark) - Rasmus Höjlund (22) was the absolute eye-catcher. Of course, his goal in the 78th minute to win the Nations League quarter-final first leg against Portugal 1-0 decided the game. But Denmark's match-winner, who had just come on as a substitute, made the headlines above all with his goal celebration. In classic Cristiano Ronaldo style, Höjlund celebrated the goal of the evening and his idol had to watch it all.

However, he did not want this to be seen as a mockery: "I didn't do it to mock him," Höjlund clarified.
"I'm playing against the world's best footballer, my idol", the 22-year-old emphasized on Danish broadcaster TV2, "scoring and being the match-winner - it couldn't be better".
Ronaldo played the entire 90 minutes for Portugal on Thursday evening, and in the end the 40-year-old not only had to watch the decisive goal, but also see his famous "Siuuu" cheer being imitated.
"To score against him and Portugal is massive," said Höjlund, who is under contract at Manchester United. "I saw him in 2009 when he scored from a free-kick and I've been a fan ever since." Ronaldo and Co. will have the chance for revenge in the second leg on Sunday (20:45) in Lisbon.
