Further demands concern the filming:
- No sex scenes, oral sex or staged orgasms on camera outside of the originally approved script
Sony Pictures, the film's production company, reportedly agreed to Lively's demands.
Baldoni's lawyer told People that the lawsuit was merely intended to"enhance Lively's negative reputation". He described the allegations as "false, outrageous and intentionally salacious, aimed at damaging Baldoni's public reputation".
There have been reports of the 40-year-old's problematic behavior on set since the beginning of the year. At the time, it was said that Baldoni had created an "extremely difficult" atmosphere behind the scenes.
