As US Weekly reports, the production team in Rome was thwarted for days by the media onslaught.

News helicopters and drones circled incessantly over the city to capture the historic event surrounding the election of Robert Francis Prevost (69) as the new Pope Leo XIV.

The noise was so intense that filming had to be interrupted time and again, as an insider revealed to the magazine.

In particular, the area around the famous Spanish Steps, where several scenes were planned, was so noisy that the main actors Lily Collins (36) and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (62) had to repeat some scenes several times.
