Thanks to this movie you are guaranteed to get into the Christmas spirit

Dresden - Advent, Advent, a little light is burning. If you want to spend a cozy Sunday watching TV, here are a few recommendations from us - including an absolute Christmas classic.

Will Smith won his first Oscar after more than 30 years in the film business for King Richard (2021). Unfortunately, the award was completely overlooked in light of the resounding slap he gave comedian Chris Rock on stage. Reason enough to take a look at the work that Smith has delivered, detached from this scandal.

Insider tip

I don't know about you, dear readers, but the more the Advent season progresses, the less time I have at the weekend to relax and watch a movie. So I'm going to treat myself to a bit of peace and quiet right on the first day of Advent and watch the Christmas classic par excellence: Three Hazelnuts for Cinderella (1973).

3.35 pm, ARD

Don't do it!

Just recently, I complained that the range of cooking shows on offer is, in my opinion, completely oversaturated. But apparently the program directors of the major private channels see things differently and are serving viewers the next show in this genre with Unser Festtagsmenü. Have I acquired a taste for it in the meantime? No!

I've been meaning to watch A Good Girl's Guide to Murder for a few weeks now - and I love how young Pip (Emma Myers, known from "Wednesday") fearlessly goes on a murder hunt for a school project. What luck that it won't be over after the six episodes so far. A second season was officially ordered just a few days ago. I'm already looking forward to it!
