Tragedy on hospital roof: patient (†28) dies of hypothermia
Waukegan (USA) - Tragic accident in the US state of Illinois: A 28-year-old patient froze to death on the roof of a clinic.

As People reports, Chelsea Adolphus was admitted to the hospital on January 22 to receive medical attention.
However, a day later, the 28-year-old left her room in the morning and was found unconscious on the roof of the building hours later, clad only in a hospital gown.
According to reports, the patient had reportedly spent almost seven hours outside in freezing temperatures, which caused her body temperature to drop to just ten degrees.
Despite rescue efforts that lasted 14 hours, Chelsea died as a result of hypothermia, according to the coroner's office.
Police have launched an investigation to determine the exact cause of the tragedy.

According to initial findings, the door that the 28-year-old went through on Thursday was not secured with an alarm.
There also appeared to be no way to get back inside once the door had closed.
Her family is heartbroken over Chelsea's senseless death and are now demanding answers.
