Louisiana (USA) - Tragic accident: A TikTok couple lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a tree in the US state of Louisiana - their two-year-old son did not survive the collision.

Katelynn and Jaelan Ordone were seriously injured in the car accident on April 24 and had to be hospitalized, as reported on GoFundMe .

However, all help came too late for their two-year-old son Preston, who was in the back seat - he died the same day.

The little boy was featured in many of the couple's TikTok videos and had won the hearts of thousands of followers with his cheerful nature.

Katelynn and Jaelan now face a tough road back to life - not only physically, but also emotionally.

According to a statement from the family, Katelynn suffered several broken bones and a severe concussion. Jaelan had to undergo emergency surgery on his leg, and metal plates and pins are now stabilizing his bones.

A GoFundMe donation page has been set up to help cover the high costs of treatment and Preston's funeral.
