Why this dog has been waiting in the same place for two years is a real eye-opener

Cherkassy (Ukraine) - In the Ukrainian town of Ladyshynka in the Cherkassy region, a deeply moving story is unfolding. Dog Loschka has been waiting for her owner at a petrol station every day for two years with a sad look on her face.

Loschka waits at the petrol station every day, just like when Alexei (†25) used to take her to his shifts.

Ukrainian TV presenter Ruslan Senitschkin came across the story by chance. While stopping at a petrol station, he saw the little four-legged friend sitting there, as reported by"Bild".

He asked an employee who finally explained to him why Loschka was sitting motionless in front of the petrol station and staring into the distance.

She used to come to the petrol station with her owner, Alexei Savranskiy, because he worked there.

She was always his faithful companion and would sit patiently until they could enjoy the end of the working day together.

Now she waits in vain every day in the same place as always, because she doesn't know that her master will never return.

The 25-year-old Alexei died at the front in April last year. Villagers and comrades remember the fallen soldier as a helpful and always cheerful person.

Numerous people have already tried to give Loschka a new home, but she remains faithful to her place at the petrol station. At least she is lovingly cared for by Alexei's family - even if this can never be a real substitute for her beloved master.
