Scarlett Gartmann-Reus (31) had received "a lot of messages" about the family's well-being. On Thursday, she finally provided answers in her Instagram story.

"We live about an hour away from L.A. and luckily nothing has happened to us so far," the blogger wrote on a video of German actor Ralf Möller (65), who lives in the suburb of Santa Monica and , like other celebrities, has already been evacuated.

"My thoughts are with everyone who has been affected and I hope so much that this nightmare comes to an end soon," added the mother of two.

However, she left open whether the family is currently staying in the new house. A few days ago, Reus and his wife posted pictures of Lake Tegernsee, where the couple had apparently spent the turn of the year.
