Woman complains about loud music - a short time later she is dead
Portland (USA) - A woman in the US state of Oregon who complained about a neighbor's loud music was found with gunshot wounds and later succumbed to her injuries.
As reported byDaily Mail, Susan Henson had an argument about loud music in her apartment complex before she died.
Early on the morning of Dec. 10, around 3 a.m., Susan heard the loud music and decided to go out to the parking lot with her boyfriend to see who was causing the disturbance.
They eventually located the apartment where the music was coming from. An argument ensued with Kuian Kellum (26) and his girlfriend.
According to court documents, Kellum's girlfriend allegedly tried to break up the verbal altercation and get between them by shoving Susan.
The situation escalated
Susan is said to have knocked the food out of the couple's hands. Her boyfriend sprayed pepper spray at Kellum, which further inflamed the situation.
Kuian then pulled out a gun and fired three times at Susan and her partner at close range.
A short time later, Susan was found by the police with a shot to the head and other life-threatening injuries and taken to hospital.
However, she succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
The attacker was charged with attempted murder, assault with a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm, among other things.
Kellum, however, claimed that he had acted out of fear and believed that Susan and her boyfriend would attack him.
