Dream vacation turns into a nightmare: Desperate couple waits hours for rescue
Bali (Indonesia) - An Australian couple wanted to spend their dream vacation in Bali - but the trip turned into a nightmare.

As reported by Sky News Australia , Gabriel Hijniakoff and Cintamani Warrington wanted to enjoy a carefree snorkeling experience in Bali with eleven other tourists - but the trip took a dramatic turn.
The boat was hit by two huge waves and capsized. Tragically, one woman lost her life.
Meanwhile, the couple themselves fought desperately for two hours to survive on the capsized hull while they hoped to be rescued. But the horror never ended: They had to hold out on a remote island for several hours before they were finally taken to hospital.
Gabriel and Cintamani suffered serious injuries in the incident - the young woman cannot even speak at the moment due to the severe pain.
They were supposed to fly home on Saturday, but are now stuck fighting for their health.
The family asks for support

The family of the pair have set up a GoFundMe donation page to get them home as soon as possible so they can receive the medical treatment they desperately need.
"They have lost all their travel documents and important possessions," the family said.
The fundraising campaign had raised 14,745 Australian dollars (just under 9000 euros) by Saturday afternoon, which will hopefully enable them to return home soon.
