Horrific act in elementary school: Teacher (48) murders first-grader
Daejeon (South Korea) - Horrible: A seven-year-old girl covered in stab wounds was found in a school in South Korea. The suspect is the school's own teacher (48).

It is a crime that is shaking up South Korea.
When the seriously injured Kim Ha-neul (†8) was found on the second floor of an elementary school in the city of Daejeon on Monday afternoon, the little girl was already unresponsive, reports the Yonhap news agency.
Ha-neul had no chance. The first-grader was immediately taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.
It has now been revealed: The first-grader was murdered by her own teacher. As reported by the JoongAng newspaper, among others, the 48-year-old "Person A." was found in the staff room with self-inflicted stab wounds to her neck and arms. But the teacher survived. She had previously been on extended sick leave due to depression and other problems and had only been teaching again for a few weeks.
The investigators are certain: "Person A." had planned her incomprehensible act. The 48-year-old probably had a death wish, apparently wanted to commit suicide and take the innocent girl with her.
Kim Ha-neul had to die because her teacher wanted her to

When his daughter didn't get on the school bus as usual and didn't show up for drawing class that afternoon, the father immediately switched on his baby monitor app. "At around 4.55pm, I turned on the app to see what was going on, but I couldn't hear Ha-neul's voice at all," the heartbroken man described.
"I heard the wheezing of an old woman, as if she was running a 100-meter race, and the sound of drawers opening and closing and zippers being unzipped."
The teacher has since been questioned by the police , reports the Chosun newspaper. According to the police, the woman bought the knife with the firm intention of killing before the insane act. "It doesn't matter which child it is," said the killer teacher, according to the police. She had "intended to die together with her".
"Person A" to police: "I lured the last student [who came out of the classroom] into the audio-visual room by promising her a book, and then killed her."
But for the parents of little Ha-neul, nothing is the same after the death of their beloved daughter. "Yesterday morning, Ha-neul wished me a happy day," said the father. "Today she is a star in the sky."
Normally, the editorial team prefers not to report on suicides. However, as this is an extended suicide, the editorial team decided to make it a topic.
