On Tuesday evening, supporters of both clubs caused serious riots in the center of the city of San Sebastián, around 100 kilometers west of the venue in Bilbao. This was reported by"El Diario Vasco", among others.

According to the newspaper, provocations and verbal abuse preceded the violent brawl , which led to a full-blown confrontation.

The daily newspaper also reported, citing witness statements, that objects were also used during the brawl. There were reports of chairs, cups and bottles being thrown around.

This assumption is corroborated by footage of the alleged altercation circulating on the social media platform X. It shows dozens of people fighting in the streets of the town on the Bay of Biscay. Bar stools and garbage cans are thrown around, glass is broken as a result of the brawl - and even a garbage can flies around.

When the police arrived, the situation calmed down, but the atmosphere among the supporters still remained heated. Despite the large police contingent, a few people tried to clash again.

Although the personal details of several troublemakers were ascertained in the course of the operation, no arrests were made.
